We are teaming up with Nine Banded Whiskey and Native Hostels to turn Native’s upstairs Romper Room into an interactive + intimate whiskey experience!

This introductory shindig will feature three types of whiskey for our guests to taste — followed by a creative cocktail 101 where guests will get to create their own cocktails based on the customized curriculum.

As always, we will be providing the best bar tools for guests to use during the workshop, as well as light bites to nibble on throughout the evening. All of our guests will leave with a foundation in whiskeys, as well as recipes and a list of bar tools needed in order to keep the party going at home!

This event is open to 21 and up only and all guests must drink responsibly! Tickets are $60/person. Our last several workshops have sold out, so head on over to the ticket link below and reserve your spot now!

**Tickets are non-transferable. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled.**

About Nine Banded Whiskey:
Nine Banded Whiskey is a creative blend of three year old, oak barrel aged whiskey distilled with the purest water out of Texas Hill Country. They gather the perfect mixture of whiskeys and smoothed it out with Texas’ finest limestone filtered water. It’s got one hell of a kick sitting at 90 proof, but it is as clean as can be. With a subtle bite and a smooth finish, they are the whiskey for Austin, Texas.

About Native Hostels:
Native is for the seekers. The curious ones, filled with youthful wanderlust. Explorers who know that possessions are fleeting, but experiences last a lifetime. This upscale hostel is conveniently located off I-35, 2 miles from both Lady Bird Lake and the stately marble/granite Texas State Capitol building. Featuring exposed beams or brick accent walls, the hip mixed-gender and female-only dorms with an industrial vibe offer free Wi-Fi, lockers, and shared bathrooms with marble countertops. Private rooms with en suite facilities, including a loft suite sleeping up to 6, are also available. Amenities consist of a trendy coffee shop/bar, and a restaurant with terrace dining. Communal areas include a kitchenette, and living spaces with plush sofas.

Spire the Label

This weekend Revelry left the great East Austin and headed down South Lamar. Why, you ask? Good question. This past Saturday, Aro and Spire the Label came together to produce an amazing Pop Up that left shoppers with bags full of goodies.

Chelsey Nordyke, the founder and designer of Spire the Label, was at Aro during the afternoon to showcase her Spring/Summer 2016 collection. It was very inspiring seeing a designer be so hands on with her customers.  The whole event felt like a giant group of best friends shopping together.

A little bit about the designer, she was accepted into Savannah College of Design in Georgia, but instead took a different route.  Nordyke says she spent years saving and working endless hours to create her collection.  Eventually, her dream became a reality. She entered her Winter/Fall 2015 collection into Austin Fashion Week and won many awards for it. Not to mention she did all this at the age of 22. Talk about a girl boss! I don't think this is the last we will be seeing of Spire. To see the new collection for yourself, check it out here: Spire the Label

The plethora of girl bosses continues with Leslie Hernandez.  Founder and owner of the shop Aro, Hernandez had a dream and executed it to a T. Hernadnez defines her shop as, "...a jewlery and lifestyle concept e-commerce shop bringing together independent designers, artisans and unique finds from around the world." Sounds a lot like what we're all about. AKA collaborating with other artists. Both ladies represented everything Revelry. Bringing fashion, art, and Austin together. If you didn't get the chance to drink Prosecco and shop amongst girl bosses, stress no more. We have found the solution, simply stop by Aro's shop on South Lamar or check out Leslie's store online: Shop-Aro.
