THE BRAMBLE

The classic Bramble is considered to be the crown queen of cocktails (and a blackberry lover's dream). It is the perfect combination of fruity & tart - and is sure to be the perfect addition to a chill summer hang.

Want to switch up the vibe? Substitute the lemon juice for Juice Society's Activated Charcoal Lemonade to create a purple hue with the same great taste!

FIRECRACKER

With the Fourth of July just around the corner, we took it upon ourselves to share a new cocktail recipe sure to have you seeing fireworks!

Side note: We played around with this recipe a bit, so you want to get that blue hue, replace the lime juice with a touch of  Juice Society's Hyperlink.

Lemon Elderflower Sparkler

Memorial Day is just around the corner! Since we are taking it easy this year, we decided to share a refreshing recipe that reflects just that.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 bottle cava, well-chilled
2 cups Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Lemonade
2 lemons, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
Raspberries, to garnish

(Makes 6 drinks)

Preparation

Pour the Elderflower Lemonade and the lemon juice together into their own container. The Lemonade is organic, but I thought it would be a nice touch to add fresh squeezed juice to bring out the flavor. Pour about 3 tablespoons of this mixture into a Champagne flute. Pour in enough cava to fill the glass 3/4 full...or to your liking. Swirl gently. Drop a few raspberries in that thing, say cheers, and sip!

Watermelon Mint Julep

What does a Mint Julep make you think of? The Kentucky Derby, right? But why should such a delicious cocktail be relegated to one day for an event that lasts only two minutes? They're way too tasty for that, and with the addition of juicy watermelon, you've got a inspiriting cocktail to serve all summer long.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Rio Brazos Texas Whiskey (I like to use local or Texas brands when possible!)
½ oz. Russell & Mahoney simple syrup
5 sprigs fresh mint
6 cubes fresh watermelon

Preparation

Muddle simple syrup and watermelon in a mixing glass. Add mint and press lightly to release oils. Add bourbon and mix well with cracked ice. Strain over crushed ice. Garnish with watermelon and fresh mint.
